In August 2012, Rockland will be hosting the JCC Maccabi Games! In preparation for the event, we have begun recruitment of the 300 athletes, 650 host families and 1,000 volunteers that will be needed to make the program a success.
Interested in getting involved? Here is a form to make it easy to do so.
JCC Rockland Maccabi Games tryouts for team sports begin the first week of December. The link below details out the first tryout schedule for team sports. Additionally, there will be a second tryout. Please RSVP for tryouts at the link below. If your son or daughter cannot make it but they are interested in participating, please e-mail Carrie Sakin so that she can follow up with you on the second tryout.

The JCC Maccabi Games in Rockland will be a great experience. More than 1,000 teens from 40 communities will attend the week of August 12 including teens from Panama, Mexico, UK, Toronto, Israel and potentially other foreign countries and teens from around the United States including Chicago, LA, Detroit, Miami, etc.
Please forward this e-mail to your friends who have teens age 13-16 as of July 31 if they are interested in teams sports. Additionally, teens age 12-16 as of July 31, 2012 can play individual sports. No tryouts are required. Contact Carrie Sakin for this as well.
